Our commitment to satisfying our customers is stronger than ever and with our large assortment of high quality products, prompt service and product knowledge we want to be your ONE supplier of pasta products.

From the start we have used only the finest ingredients. Our semolina and durum flours are milled on order and delivered the next day, direct from the mill. Ingredients for our stuffed products include imported romano and parmesan cheeses. Our ricotta and mozzarella cheeses are produced to our specifications. We are constantly creating new and unique products for your menus, using our cooking and presentation expertise as a guideline. In fact, our product line has grown over the years from a few types of pasta to hundreds of pasta flavors and shapes, ravioli and tortellini.
